Here is another view of Lake Tahoe from Eagle Creek down to Emerald Bay.  I believe I have now painted this scene from every possible angle.  This painting is as close as I dared come to the falls that drop from the crest to the lake.  The eagle was an afterthought.  The name of the falls and the perch of the dying pine tree seemed to call for the arrival of the big bird.
